Gallery 96 - Lemon and Lime Exhibition

You are cordially invited to an art exhibition of works by members of the Gallery 96 Art Center at the Shoreview Ramsey County Library May 6-June 3, 2011.  There will be all sorts of art at this exhibition, not just photographs.

Thurday-Saturday 10am-5pm

The theme is "Lemon and Lime." My interpretation of that is this photo of fire performer Kelsey Ash Zachman. Kelsey and a number of her Fire Jam group joined me and some members of the Twin Cities Photography Group for a shoot back in March. In shot she is spinning a baton which is on fire at both ends. I colorized the fire with "lime" and "lemon" colors to match the theme of this show.

This exhibition will be juried by a University of Minnesota expert who will award prize money and ribbons.
