Christmas Lecture Cheque

Today I received my cheque from Windfall Films for the use of my Sad Face photo for The Royal Institute Christmas Lecture 2011. I'm going to frame it with the print.

Yes, one pound sterling isn't very much cash...about a buck fifty last time I checked. For me, it's not about the cash. The best part for me as a science geek is that MY photo was used by The Royal Institute as an example of pareidolia. The second coolest thing is that the Christmas Lectures have been going on since 1825 and Michael Faraday was the first lecturer.
Go here to see the photo and more of the story.
